Keep your shoes unused and in their original condition and packaging.

We pick it up
We'll arrange a pickup from your delivery address.

Once your pair is received and checked, we'll process your refund or replacement.

Return window +
Requests must be placed within
7 days of delivery.
Condition of the product +
Shoes must be unused, unworn and returned in
their original condition with the original
packaging.
Size exchanges +
You can request an exchange for another
available size of the same product, subject
to availability.
Refunds +
Approved returns will be refunded to the
original payment method according to our
processing timeline.
